Is Chex Quest 3 'finished'?

The reason I ask is that I've realized it has not been updated since July or sometime around then =:-)

If I remember correctly, Chukker said that he was stopping at v1.4 because most of the errors had been found, and he also had RL stuff to take care of.

I do not recall that, what I remember was that he started it back up in tribute to TUCQ.

If I had to choose between the real world or the Chex Quest Fan forums; I'd choose the Chex Quest fan forums.
