Fred Chexter Waited. The lights above him blinked and sparked out of the air. There were flemoids in the base. He didn't see them, but he had expected them now for years. His warnings to Cernal Kix were not listened to and now it was too late. Far too late for now, anyway.
Fred was a chex warrior for fourteen years. When he was young he watched the spaceships and he said to dad "I want to be on the ships daddy."
Dad said "No! You will BE SLIME BY FLEMOIDS"
There was a time when he believed him. Then as he gold older he stopped. But now in the Bazoik base of the IFC he knew there were flemoids.
"This is Kix" the radio crackered. "You must zorch the flemoids!"
So Fred gotted his phasing zorcher and went through the door.
"HE GOING TO ZORCH US" said the flemoids
"I will slime at him" said the maximus and he shot the slime balls. Fred phased at him and tried to zorched him out. But then the ceiling fell and they were trapped and not able to zorch.
"No! I must zorch the flemoids" he shouted
The radio said "No, Fred. You are the flemoids"
And then Fred was a flemoid.
This has been an adaptation of "DOOM - Repercussions of Evil" by Peter Chimaera.
The original story can be found here. (http://fanfiction.ytmnd.com/)
EPIC.
Ok, I have to do the narration for this. XD It will be done within 24 hours.
If you do that, I will download that, and, when I get an mp3 player, put it on there and listen to it while I sleep XD

Cool. Not bad.

It's really hard to tell what he's saying in those. It is too computer sounding, maybe less filters?
Just some effects in Audacity. I can lessen them if need be.
noob1234: It's a well-known saying. Lore's is the original, I believe. ;)

It got better AFTER I read the original. So I'll upgrade my response to "SWEET!"
You, my good sir are either really strange or really awesome...
That story was meant to be terrible XD

Dude, you're really strawesome! ;D
I'm making a comic strip version of it!! Its almost done!!! (no color tho)
No color...So it's Chex Quest - The Manga! ;D
Or Chex-sagi Yojimbo! (Even though the comic is based in 1600's Japan and is in black and white, it is actually a Japanese-American comic) XD

Can't wait to see it. ;)
This is an epic win! and a comic of this would be equally awesome.
I'm trying to record a CQ equivalent to the infamous "BE KILL BY DEMONS!" song, but I have found that some parts are surprisingly hard to sing right. :D
Here it is!!

I approved the image, so we can all see it now.
And your link isn't working, noob. Try this one. "action-gallery" in your link should have been "action=gallery".

thanks, CC. how did u like it?
A little rough, but still full of EPIC WINZ!
Rough Around the Edges: My band's first "album." :D
BMD: epic win for conversion
xbolt: epic win for narration
noob: epic win for comic
now we just need some flemoid ragdolls for Gmod, and a fred chexter model, then we need to take the ren & stimpy soundtrack, get xbolt to do some epic dramatic effects on a horrible rewrite of the story, and make a few funny poses and clips. then we'll have win.
and CC: thats a slight off topic unless i'm missing something...
Sorry, just reminiscing. ;)
WIN! The comic captured the cheezyness of the story! ;D

did you catch the "LOL WUT"?

With the rocks? Lol, yeah. ;)
I loved the artwork. It truly captured the image of a disgruntled guy who wanted to fanfic but only played Doom.
I was hardly disgruntled.
no, hes talking about the writer of the fanfic.

no, I was talking about the comic artwork. I was saying that the way he drew it looked like a disgruntled Doomer who wanted to make a comic for a fanfic.
